HOW LONG DOES PROCESSING AND SHIPPING TAKE?
All orders are currently available on a pre-order basis, requiring a processing time of 7-10 business days. Once processed, shipping typically takes an additional 3-5 business days. Therefore, you can expect your package to arrive approximately 2-3 weeks after placing your order.
CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN PLACED?
Once your order has begun processing, changes or cancellations are not permitted. It is advisable to review your order carefully before finalizing your purchase.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY PACKAGE IS LOST OR DAMAGED?
Once your package is handed over to the carrier, we are no longer responsible for its safety. If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged after this point, you will need to contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Currently, we are shipping exclusively to the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY?
All sales are final, and we do not accept refunds, returns, or exchanges unless there is an error on our part. In the case of an error, we allow exchanges for items of the same price, provided you contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package.
